Rodney Tull was great as we came in to the branch and was helping us attest documents. The branch manager Ghada was micromanaging him and acting as a serious hindrance in the entire process. We were running late for an appointment and all she did was create nuisance even though Rodney was performing all the right steps and doing his work correctly. Please recognize Rodney W. Tull for his exceptional customer service he provided me with handling a wire transfer I needed excuted. I coudl not have asked for a smarter, nicer and more down to earth banker. Take a lot to impress me and he was excellent! Please recognize him. You're fornutate to have him at this branch.

This branch should close or assign employees to the training center for at least several years to handle banking, as they have zero knowledge. They wasted my time yesterday because they couldn't open a business account and told me to go to another organization to open one. Meanwhile, the government is shut down, and I could have gotten my EIN number so all bankers know that a solo owner LLC can open an account with an SSN.
