The worst banking center in NYC. Long lines and unprofessional people
The female branch manager is terrible, on two occasions I tried depositing money for my 91 yr old aunt and she wouldn’t accept the checks without an account number despite me having her debit card and pin, basically saying I could have found it on the street. How absurd, I was making deposits (over $13k) not withdrawing. She needs some customer service training. As a 25+ year customer I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The worst product experience I had in my life. So many hours wasted for nothing on their stupid product. And this branch doesn't answered the phone to try to fix anything. Customer service was super nice while signing up, but I signed up to a horrible experience, full of problems and charging me fees and wasting my time, in ways they weren't supposed to do.
