The worst product experience I had in my life. So many hours wasted for nothing on their stupid product. And this branch doesn't answered the phone to try to fix anything. Customer service was super nice while signing up, but I signed up to a horrible experience, full of problems and charging me fees and wasting my time, in ways they weren't supposed to do.
I had an excellent experience today in the branch. I had a couple of things to take care of and the people were superb, professionals and very helpful. Specially banker Clinton Romain who delivers a great service.
