Not a good customer service, each time I visit this branch I encounter a not pleasant experience. I have decided to close this account and go to a different financial institution.
İ have dealt with Rama many times when İ come to this branch..So much so that she greets me by my first name, when İ come in. İt's a small gesture, but it means so much to me. We are often so stressed, the noise, ppl yelling etc, so someone welcoming you like that is very pleasant. Also the service in general has been outstanding. But Rama is a keeper, she is so calm and sweet. İ feel heard and seen by her. Always a pleasure!
Jareen Mohammed was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Would encourage anyone to visit this branch!

All right well I had read some of these negative reviews before I came into this branch and I was prepared for the worst. But this was the quickest and easiest and most seamless bank experience I may have ever had in my life! All the tellers were so sweet and so helpful and giving me lots of extra information I didn’t even ask for just to go out of their way to help.
