Very rude bank tellers . Try to make a credit card payment, as I do monthly with my identification card and she said she couldn’t accept the ID because it wasn’t a valid one . What change from 9/27 to 10/8 ?
Michaela and Tony were such a big help to me. It is a pleasant experience to bank here.
Worse customer service out of all of the branches. I had to wait over a hour just for them to tell me they cannot help me with a service that I have done plenty of times at a different location. The manager also had a very bad attitude.
Not a good customer service, each time I visit this branch I encounter a not pleasant experience. I have decided to close this account and go to a different financial institution.
İ have dealt with Rama many times when İ come to this branch..So much so that she greets me by my first name, when İ come in. İt's a small gesture, but it means so much to me. We are often so stressed, the noise, ppl yelling etc, so someone welcoming you like that is very pleasant. Also the service in general has been outstanding. But Rama is a keeper, she is so calm and sweet. İ feel heard and seen by her. Always a pleasure!
