Just went to this location to deposit checks and withdraw funds. Person who helped me was fantastic and filled forms I needed! I’ve been here many times, often for regular banking, sometimes for the odd requests (rolls of quarters, special bank checks for government documents). Always a good, professional experience. Today, the customer at the next window had many concerns, questions, and needs. They gave clarifications, and treated him and his simple requests with the same professionalism I received.
Had an appointment with Oliver at 10am and was out by 10:20! He answered all my questions, made sure I got the best rate for my situation, and more. Great experience with him. Thank you so much!
I’ve been living in Manhattan my entire life, never had I ever run into a bank that locked up their ATM machine and made it unreachable after 5 pm, I went to several branches and all doors are locked!
