This damn bank needs new atms they don’t work they look ancient and busted and please how the heck is there only one atm in all of Brooklyn and none in queens. After 13 years I’m done w them no excuse for not having a single atm in queens and only one In Brooklyn a bank w all its money and resources it’s ridiculous I don’t want to switch but I’m sick of traveling for 45 minutes anytime I need to make a cash deposit

We visited the branch recently to open a CD account and to ask questions about some future transactions. Joey Ahn provided us impressive and professional services beyond our expectations. He introduced us to Sulay Ortega, who is also very professional and friendly. We’ve been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years in California. Joey and Sulay help us comfortably choose to continue with WF in NYC.

Just went to this location to deposit checks and withdraw funds. Person who helped me was fantastic and filled forms I needed! As a blind New Yorker, I am grateful for the patient, professional person who assisted me. Keep it up!
