I came in to speak to a banker and was helped by the amazing Houda. Houda was truly the perfect person to talk to about my financial situation and how to go about my future plans. Houda was smart, knowledgeable, created sound advice and answered everything to her best ability. It’s hard to find a banker that truly cares and has a heart to help others but Houda was truly an angel.
The branch that does not give a shit how long you are waiting, 10 people scramble behind windows to serve 1.5 customer per 30 min! Wow!!

I’ve been a longtime Wells Fargo customer, but after this experience, I’m done with them. Despite cashing multiple checks from my employer without issue, they suddenly decided to place a hold on my most recent one. When I asked why, they falsely claimed the delay was on Bank of America's side—but after verifying with BOA, I confirmed that wasn’t true. Their incompetence didn’t stop there.
