Wells Fargo great bank been with them since 2002 had a mortgage with them as well
Called several times for my boss re fax number to the branch to report fraud on business account. 1st time they just pick up phone and hang up. Second time lady answered that she won’t provide me with a fax number. once I told her I will transfer her to my boss so he can give her details about business account, she hand up. Called today 04/20/2026 at 1:53 and 1:55pm. Worst customer service.
