Most disrespectful bank customer service rep I’ve ever come across in my life. After the rep was late I was told to sit down multiple times by Erlin, and then when I told him to stop telling me to sit down and I had more questions he walked away saying he was going to go to “lunch” and came out and went right back to his office. He was rude from the jump and completely unacceptable service.
