This branch is the worst, especially the male teller with glasses. He constantly discriminates against my company and refuses to take anyone from my company. He takes everyone else, and makes those from my company wait bc we’re “holding up the line.” While the other customers he’s taking are also business accounts. Constantly giving attitude and being rude to us. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the management and overall service at this Wells Fargo location. In particular, I have had repeated negative experiences with the manager, Jose, whose behavior has been both unprofessional and concerning. On numerous occasions, I have witnessed Jose being extremely lazy and rude towards both customers and his employees.
