I would like to file a complaint regarding the customer service I received at the Wells Fargo branch on Wilson Street in Glendale. I visited the branch to withdraw cash from my account. The representative told me that my account was on hold and that she could not help me. She instructed me to call Wells Fargo Customer Service myself. I just wanted to write a review based on the excellent service i recieved from Janet today. I went to a different branch the one on Brand and the manager was rude and said we dont have time to help you you need to go to a different branch . Janet came to the rescue and helped me in a urgently needed bank transaction without question and she had 15 people in line waiting.
