I had a very disappointing experience at Wells Fargo with branch manager Janet Tahmasian. I went in to deposit a check, and instead of receiving a clear explanation about why the check could not be accepted, I was told to “take the check out and put it in the ATM under your own responsibility.” When I tried to ask for clarification, she became rude, raised her voice, and yelled at me multiple times in front of her staff and other customers.
