Stay away. There's only 2 people working everyday and they both are extremely slow.. have wait for around 10 minutes is unacceptable you would think they would have like 3 people working knowing how it is and how slow they are.. Worst bank Branch I ever been to
At any other Wells Fargo bank I go in , I do my transactions with no issue. In and out with no issues. I go to this branch and all of sudden they have to make phone calls to verify, lied and said I’m taking out too much money and made me wait for like 30 minutes because of their lies. I literally called Wells Fargo customer service and asked them would there be any reason why I couldn’t withdraw my money and if I have a limit on what I could withdraw. Frist I go walking in Wells Fargo bank to open business account or gentleman told me I have to make appointment he make appointment for me next day at 10 am I take my day off next day around 9 am she call me or she say they don’t take my appointment because banker was sick so I can come tomorrow I said I all ready take my day off you guys run a bank you have backup She said I’m sorry we don’t have
