One of the friendliest Banks I've ever been a member of. I need an loan. I made an appointment that day and was approved by 4:00 that afternoon and the money was in my bank by 6:00 p.m.
I have given this branch so many opportunities and 2nd chances. The representatives, not the teller, the personal bankers are rude and have no idea what they are doing. The physical branch is filthy dirty and smells like mold. Totally, unprofessional bankers and managers. Moving my accounts.
I've Been With Wells Fargo A Long Time, Their Name Has Changed A FewTimes Because Of Mergers, The Staff There Is Impeccable, They Have Helped Me In Many Ways, Even Helped Me Set Up My Phone For Bill Pay, Some Of The Staff Have Gone Beyond Their Responsabity Levels To Help Me. I Personally Would Never Want To Bank With Any Other Venue!!!
