I've Been With Wells Fargo A Long Time, Their Name Has Changed A FewTimes Because Of Mergers, The Staff There Is Impeccable, They Have Helped Me In Many Ways, Even Helped Me Set Up My Phone For Bill Pay, Some Of The Staff Have Gone Beyond Their Responsabity Levels To Help Me. I Personally Would Never Want To Bank With Any Other Venue!!!
If i could give this bank location 0 stars i would today i was treated as a criminal not a customer. The manager at the time tried to make it see as if my check from my lawyer’s office was fake and lie to me saying that they can not cash checks from other banks which is incorrect. I know because i have cashed my work check multiple times and they do not bank with wells. Definitely not the branch you want to go, very rude staff and they don’t seem to realize what service delivery meant.
Stay away. There's only 2 people working everyday and they both are extremely slow.. have wait for around 10 minutes is unacceptable you would think they would have like 3 people working knowing how it is and how slow they are.. Worst bank Branch I ever been to
At any other Wells Fargo bank I go in , I do my transactions with no issue. In and out with no issues. I go to this branch and all of sudden they have to make phone calls to verify, lied and said I’m taking out too much money and made me wait for like 30 minutes because of their lies. I literally called Wells Fargo customer service and asked them would there be any reason why I couldn’t withdraw my money and if I have a limit on what I could withdraw.
