Today my husband and I went to cash a Colorado Refund check, I had to get out of work early because they close at 5pm and because they are closed on weekends now. Just for them to tell us they couldn’t cash it we had to deposit it, the teller should have said that right away not take out cash in her hand and then say she couldn’t cash it. To save everybody time. I had a great experience being helped by Johnny Navarro. In a meeting he helped me compare different options and select what was right for me. He a was friendly and processional. You guys have a great team over there. Thank you!

I called this branch earlier today and wanted to come in and do a wire transfer. I was told that an appointment was required and that somebody would call me later. I waited until 30 minutes before closing time and called back and was told that it would be sometime tomorrow Before anybody would call me back to set up an appointment. I found that extremely terrible service. I need to make this transfer as soon as possible. I will be rethinking my association with Wells Fargo.
