I called this branch earlier today and wanted to come in and do a wire transfer. I was told that an appointment was required and that somebody would call me later. I waited until 30 minutes before closing time and called back and was told that it would be sometime tomorrow Before anybody would call me back to set up an appointment. I found that extremely terrible service. I need to make this transfer as soon as possible. I will be rethinking my association with Wells Fargo.

Terrible hours. Opened an account online bc I couldn’t get in there. They took my money but didn’t send me an ATM card. They won’t mail a check but said they would mail another ATM card . Since I don’t wanna have to wait another month to find out, it never came I’m going to have to take time off from work to go to their location, which I tried calling and nobody answered. Worst most inconvenient bank ever!! Save yourself the aggravation and bank elsewhere. They hold your money hostage

Turned off my business debit card over a transaction dispute leaving my business with no card to use for 7-10 business days until the new one arrives. Can't use digital wallet with many of my distributors or ACH. Was told to withdraw cash and buy pre paid gift cards for my ordering in the meantime. Wells Fargo does not care about small business.
