Pathetic branch with incompetent branch manager
The lady you see at the front checking customers in, making all kind of excuses not to check in more people after 4:36pm on Friday because they need to close at 5 I rushed from 30min away as soon as I got out of work just to make it on time The witness I needed to notarize a document lives closes by, and its the only reason why I picked that location I already had previously experienced bad experiences. Never had any major issues with this branch. Everyone is nice and greets me . Can be slow at times though , there’s a line of 5 of us and I see 6 bankers doing nothing while one works . I make payments and ask questions they answer them as best they can no questions asked for requests and no rushing me . Glad to have them nearby too.
