That branch is kind of a joke. There’s no teller counter, only two people working, and I always end up waiting forever. Going there just feels like a waste of time.
Kathy was excellent with diffusing my frustration. There was a miscommunication about a CC but she got on the phone with corporate and resolved it quickly. Thank you.
