The wait times aren't as long anymore, that was all after COVID-19 after all, but the customer service is great and Carla is dope🙏🙏I would recommend.
Not enough workers. They had one worker. One hour wait for a notary service. There was a Full waiting room. If someone has an appointment they can just cut in line in front of you.
Came to open account and all I see the accountants in the back of bank and I seen them walking around and talking nonsense and looking at the clock or smart watch and waiting till they get off work but instead of that they should be helping customers and all they do is take their time!! Gotta be the worst Wells Fargo Bank n poor customer service!!
I came into the bank today and needed a cashiers check. I thought it was going to be a long process, and I was kind of in a hurry...well, the bank teller that helped me was soooo nice and sweet. He made me forget I was in a hurry. 😊 Anyway, I got my check and walked out feeling like I had a million dollars. Thanks for helping this rez aunty. I hope everyone gets good customer service like I did. 😁👍🏽
