What happened?
Stopped by to send a wire, and I was told this can't be done until the manager comes in. However, the person in charge didn't know when the manager would be in. I am not even able to make an appointment to send a wire. Not what you would expect from WF.
Everyone working was friendly, polite, and helpful. Jamayca was a gem, so helpful and patient helping me sort out my problems with the app and completing a complicated transfer. She really made my day.
