This is becoming a common practice with me lately. I have recently written VERY POSITIVE reviews about my lobby experiences at Colorado Springs branches...I now get to include this Richfield, Utah Branch. I am always traveling and again an issue aroused that needed my attention in Colorado Springs. This branch is terrible. They went months without opening the drive through. Now I went to deposit cash into my bank account and they want my ID and a verification code. It's a cash deposit. I should only need the account number it's going in to make a deposit of cash. Wells Fargo is going downhill fast and thus why I move more and more of my banking to my credit union. I only stay with them because my first CC was with them and holds my credit history.
