Wish I could put zero. This place is useless. They never answer their phones, can't get a notary without an act of Congress. They are terrible. Originally, only started using them for some international banking needs but I am looking for a new bank ASAP
Spare yourself. Just drive to another location. These people do not want to be there. Been a customer of wells fargo since 1996. I'm not sure what is going on with the staff at this location but they clearly don't want to be customer facing. I waited ten minutes in line while one person was being helped. Once that person left I was just standing there while the two people behind the counter had a conversation and acted like I was not even there. What a disgrace.
Customer service here has managed to become the worst I’ve seen in the matter of 2 weeks. They are not attentive, not communicative, and they take forever. Not the location it used to be
The employees are doing their best to service customers. Very friendly staff I wish them the best with the new management. Every time I have used their services for notary Very professional and they go above and beyond to help. Thank you for doing your best.
