I have been banking at this branch for my business for over 30 years. The bank has changed three times, but has been a Wells Fargo for some time now. Yesterday I deposited a large check and asked if there would be a hold. I was told no and even directed to the bottom of my receipt which read that the funds would be available at midnight. WRONG! A hold was placed and checks that I wrote bounced. No accountability accepted by Wells even with the receipt. This bank is a dumpster fire. 30 years may just be long enough.
This is a nice bank. The tellers are always friendly and helpful.
