Management has changed since the majority of the reviews, and I’ve noticed :). The manager Jeff has been extremely helpful, and so was the banker Zach that I spoke to today. Service is efficient. I love me a Wells Fargo
Great local bank with great employees!
Went in to ask about opening an account as I wanted a local bank and I saw a promotion online about getting a new customer bonus after meeting certain deposit criteria. Anyways, when I went and asked about it, they essentially treated me like a criminal, gave me a random phone number after leaving me waiting around for a long time and just told me to deal with that phone number. I have been banking at this branch for my business for over 30 years. The bank has changed three times, but has been a Wells Fargo for some time now. Yesterday I deposited a large check and asked if there would be a hold. I was told no and even directed to the bottom of my receipt which read that the funds would be available at midnight. WRONG! A hold was placed and checks that I wrote bounced. No accountability accepted by Wells even with the receipt. This bank is a dumpster fire. 30 years may just be long enough.
