I haven't written a review or rating anywhere in at least a decade but I felt it necessary in this case. I've had some clerical issues obtaining a new ID from PennDot which made accessing my account difficult. That issue has been repeatedly solved by lead teller Heather R. She has worked patiently on a few different occasions to help me access my account when I'm sure she has had no obligation to do so. *update -9/27/25 Wells Fargo continues to bleed me into the red with fees and penalties. I'll likely lose another checking account to collections after $35 charges. Such is life?
