This is the best Wellsfargo I have banked at! The staff is great! Jessica the bank manager is wonderful always greets you with a smile. I love coming into this bank! All the girls are great always welcoming it’s a pleasure to bank here !
WORST Bank EVER!! If I can give them zero stars I would! I’ve banked here for over 20 years! In the past year every time I come in, the teller gives me a problem. They are sooo short staffed and the girl has an attitude. The wait time is ridiculously long. I’m pulling all my accounts from this bank. DO yourself a favor and DONT bank here!!!
I opened a personal account around a month or so back. Somehow, I got hacked. I found out I had been hacked when I received an email saying the bank was closing my account. Despite trying to get an answer as to why, all I got was a canned response regurgitating facts I already knew. I get hacked and get my account closed. SMH
This Bank is a joke. Just left Bank of UnAmerica because of so many clerks that don't speak English and have attitude only to come to Wells Fargo to make a large opening deposit only to be told at 1pm were not taking anymore business today you will have to come back. I just laughed at them and said that's fine I will take my money somewhere else. Unbelievable, just read the reviews they say it all. Never again.
