Doesn’t surprise me, not even 3 stars? I recently received a check which had Wells Fargo bank on the check and was denied getting it cashed… not professional at all here!

I had a very pleasant visit. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was cordially greeted at the door by multiple people and helped immediately, absolutely no issues whatsoever. I’m not sure why this place has such a low rating…I guess people just get really upset when they don’t get what they want.
Worst Wells Fargo I have ever worked with. Been a Wells Fargo customer for 15yrs and never had such poor customer service. Wait for way too long for someone to come to the window. Slow slow service. Worth me driving to another town for better service. Been sitting at the window now for 6 minutes and no one has come to the window. Find you a different WF
Overall, it’s all good. All Banks are all the same. There’s always good and bad . As long as the fund is safe and didn’t disappear. Customer that gave the bad reviews is usually a difficult people .
