Was waiting in line to make withdrawal, employee at the bank asked me what I was waiting in line for. When I told her withdrawal she made me withdrawal at the ATM. I wanted to do the withdrawal with the bank teller because I wanted to keep it as secret as possible because I don’t want people knowing I am walking out with a lot of money on me. Now everyone in the bank knew. They need to train their employees better.

Horrible service, walked in to do a large bank wire because I could not do it on my phone. Banker basically told me she didn’t have time and I can wait 30 minutes It will not let me respond to the feedback so I’d just like to share, I went to Doylestown Wells Fargo right after, they immediately helped me send the wire payment out and were happy to do so. I’m also speaking with them now about financial advisement.
