Counter staff at Warrenton, Va was not adequately trained to execute routine banking transactions. Teller staffing is so poor that tellers routinely attempt to jump between a busy drive-through window and the line of inside customers waiting for service. Bank Manager was rude and avoided interacting with the customer to resolve an obvious service problem.

-0 STARS boton needed... If I could give zero stars, I would. This bank has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Completely uninterested in resolving any issues. Every time I’ve tried to get assistance, I’ve been met with a general sense that they simply don’t care. Go to the one in Gainesville!!
You might as well not bother going into this branch, the staff couldn't care less that your card is stuck in the atm. They just said call this 800 number. Can't believe these people are actually paid a salary.
Jordan answered the phone when I called and scheduled my relatives appointment right away. The experience was great, professional and above all, we were able to accomplish our goals with her help right away. Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
