Jocob was very helpful and patient. he explained everything so well and tried so hard to help. i went very unprepared to open an account, without a patient banker i would have been declined for a new account today. This is my first interaction with wells fargo and thanks to Jacob it is only positive.
We went in to get some help with my mom’s account and big shout out to Jake Mcmahon. He was so friendly, helpful and resourceful. It took us only about 15 minutes and everything’s done! Very ideal for clients who want to be in and out quick. Best if you make appointment in advance though. Thank you so much Jake. You’re a true professional!
This is the worst bank branch. They never pick up the phone. I spent all day trying to get through. I drove 30 miles to the bank to get my issues dealt with to be told the manager Sabrina wasn’t in. Stay away from this branch like the plague.

Best Wells location I have ever consistency used! All the employees are wonderful and seem to genuinely care about my service dog-they always offer him treats and remember his name! We enjoy our quick trips in and out! Without mentioning names, thanks to management, bankers and all the tellers! Loki & I
