At noon the branch was empty. I was assisted right away. I had several complicated issues from expired bank card, my corporate banking and a new credit card more appropriate for my travel needs. Tony was a extremely helpful and I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Been with them for years and years. I find it very difficult to go in the Roosevelt location. Very slow, usually only one teller working. They need to step up and get more tellers working when there is 3 or more people standing in line, especially when someone is in there doing their business transactions. At the very least have someone available when someone comes in to just deposit or withdraw.
