Worst experience ever with a banker that wasted my time, not trained and at the end says I need to reschedule because takes more time. This is after wasting a lot of time asking what my business and different banks im with.

Bandera is a town of old cowboys. Most of us have been rode hard and put away wet. Sure enough, sometimes services are not speedy but I have witnessed incredible kindness and patience from the tellers and staff to customers that needed it.
