I always have a pleasant experience at West Caldwell Wells Fargo. They know me by name and go out of their way to help with all my banking needs.
ATM is out of service. And apparently has been for a year.
I was depositing my own personal check in some one Business account and they took almost one hour to verify check . Very very poor customer service. Yuslka the teller and Manager didn't know what to do. I was making simple deposit I don't see any problem with it.
Very arrogant people working at this location,I went to make a withdrawal and I was told funds was not available,I went to the ATM it's there as available,I call customer service the funds was available. These people need training on how to treat customers,won't be coming back to this location,I am even contemplating on closing my account that I have with you all for over 20 yrs.
