2nd tiem felt discriminated, unwelcome and it is bank who makes money off of me.
I don't normally review banks, but this branch is a shining example of how a bank should operate. We went in with an appointment and were a bit early. They were happy to see us and took us right in. When more help was needed, the bank manager stepped in and made us feel like her friends while she helped us with our needs. When asking for the same thing at our local branch (in Northern California) I was told that they don't do that in the branch and that I would have to call the main line. Magli helped me today, she was quick to see me even though I didn't have an appointment. Very professional and helpful, she helped me resolve my issue and was very clear explaining things to me.
Bad customer sevices. They take toolong to make deposits, they seem like they don't treat their employes right too.
I had a very positive experience today at the Winter Park Wells Fargo. I was dealing with a stolen cell phone which led to many fraudulent charges on all 4 of my accounts. Thomas Stephens (who normally works at the Frisco, CO branch) helped me get everything resolved. It took over 3 hours, but he worked diligently without pause with multiple departments at the corporate level to get the problem fixed.
