2nd tiem felt discriminated, unwelcome and it is bank who makes money off of me.
I don't normally review banks, but this branch is a shining example of how a bank should operate. We went in with an appointment and were a bit early. They were happy to see us and took us right in. When more help was needed, the bank manager stepped in and made us feel like her friends while she helped us with our needs. When asking for the same thing at our local branch (in Northern California) I was told that they don't do that in the branch and that I would have to call the main line.
