Like a DMV office they do everything they can to help you except actually do what you want. They try to find a way to tell you no instead of helping solve your issue. My husband just went to this location to deposit into his account. The employee that handled it was not trained enough to handle sensitive information. They did not confirm numbers nor information that they had the correct account before depositing the money into the wrong account of a completely different person.
