Good small town bank.
Xavier was very helpful and patient despite my arriving just before close. Clean building and respectful staff.
On 4/24/2024 went in to resolve issues on my account. The banker assisting me was having issues and the branch manager got involved. Still unable to help me the manager then decided to become very rude and disrespectful towards me along with making accusations of a fraud/scam and interrogating me, even with me having proof of the issue that wasn't good enough for their loss prevention team. My experience at this bank was a half star at best. Just recently opened an account a couple weeks ago, my personal banking experience with Lisa was outstanding, and Jessica was more then happy to come and assist her with any questions that I had that she she didn't have the answer too. Very professional 5 stars.
