Raelynn is the rudest person I have ever met. She makes going to this bank a miserable experience.
Like a DMV office they do everything they can to help you except actually do what you want. They try to find a way to tell you no instead of helping solve your issue. I'll be driving 10 extra mins to the other Wells Fargo because I feel it's the staff at this bank specifically because my last WF did great if I'm not content I'll switch banks. I've had enough. My husband just went to this location to deposit into his account. The employee that handled it was not trained enough to handle sensitive information. They did not confirm numbers nor information that they had the correct account before depositing the money into the wrong account of a completely different person.
