I've read the reviews and don't understand them myself. I go in and there's always someone there to help with my needs, My concerns are always priority, The bankers and tellers are always courteous and kind and knowledgeable... Thank you guys.
Experience is good. They need more permanent staff. I like familiar faces.
No bank teller ever in the office I just wanna close my account ridiculous!
Walked with my wife to have her added to a new account, no customers in the bank, 2 tellers & 2 bankers at there desk…. Tell me I need a appointment and can’t see people after 3:30 pm.. it was 3:40 to add my wife to a existing account… worst service ever, only use them because they are nationwide
