Thought we'd open a new account here. We arrived directly after work, at 4:20pm. They close at 5pm, so they refused to open the account (40min was not enough time). They're not open at all on Saturdays. The branch manager advised us to go online to open it ourselves... No wonder Wells Fargo is failing.🤷♀️
