I was assisted by a kind gentleman who was perfectly capable of doing his job. when inquiring about doing a cashiers check,Asrid and employee next to this guy could be heard saying “no” in the distance to my question. She then Intervenes in our conversation by taking over and explaining to me why I couldn’t complete my transaction and was condescending and rude about it. They are completely useless at this branch. They keep throwing you in a circle to avoid helping you! One banker put me on the phone with their internal customer service who told me he needs to talk to the employee he cannot help me as that line is for employees. When I told her that she told me to hand up on him, like she was going to help me, then wanted to make me an appointment to come back another time yet there was two bankers who there not helping anyone.
