I'm starting to get irritated. Every other time I have come there for the last 2 months the ATM is unaccessible because "there's no cash" ... Every single time, I am simply TRYING TO DEPOSIT MONEY. It's the only Wells Fargo in the area. I have rent I need to pay😅😅. Anyway, it's dumb that there needs to be cash in the machine JUST TO DEPOSIT MONEY. Ok, I'm tired. Pls fix it.
I cannot believe I'm writing this. I have been coming to this branch for years, and have always felt welcome. But this new manager? I have no idea how she got this job. I had an issue with my account, and sat with one of the bankers to try to sort it out, which we did, but the whole time she kept looking over at me, as if trying to eavesdrop. Terrible service. Would never recommend banking with this company. Denied cashing their own check with no explanation or valid reasoning.
Ridiculous. Went to the bank to DEPOSIT money, after I sent my co worker to do it, she could not because she didn't have her id on her. Since when do you need id to DEPOSIT money, I fully understand and support it when withdrawing, but never at any bank have i neeed it deposit until now. And no one can explain why. This interrupted what i was working on, which was the whole reason I sent my co worker.
I hate going here. I'll go to another WF if I can. It's always so slow and there's always a line to the door inside.
