Needed ONE canceled check printed, but employee Uma Jada, after disrespectfully calling me "honey", claimed she was too busy, saying there was a line. There was no one else there!! The other girl working took care of three customers while Uma took care of NOBODY! I was standing waiting for 20 minutes after depositing $500 in my account. Next week I am changing banks. The absolute worst bank branch,they remodeled and made it more horrible, they never have enough staff,I have a car loan and a mortgage through them and and I pay both accounts there,they dont have Saturday hours like my bank,any time I go into my bank there are multiple tellers to help,get it together wellsfargo or I'm taking my business elsewhere
This is the slowest bank I’ve ever dealt with. Whether it’s a lack of staffing or a sluggish computer system, they are in need of improvement!
