Ridiculous. Went to the bank to DEPOSIT money, after I sent my co worker to do it, she could not because she didn't have her id on her. Since when do you need id to DEPOSIT money, I fully understand and support it when withdrawing, but never at any bank have i neeed it deposit until now. And no one can explain why. This interrupted what i was working on, which was the whole reason I sent my co worker.
I hate going here. I'll go to another WF if I can. It's always so slow and there's always a line to the door inside.

Needed ONE canceled check printed, but employee Uma Jada, after disrespectfully calling me "honey", claimed she was too busy, saying there was a line. There was no one else there!! The other girl working took care of three customers while Uma took care of NOBODY! I was standing waiting for 20 minutes after depositing $500 in my account. Next week I am changing banks.
