"I had an amazing experience at the Wells Fargo branch in Little Ferry thanks to the Associate Branch Manager, Greimary Velez. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Greimary went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure my banking needs were met quickly. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit this location!"
No ATM at this branch, not in the lobby and not inside, a drive thru that doesn't work, only 2 tellers and 8 persons in line....not visiting again.
I been in the branch Saturday, then Monday and they want me to wait for their service, are you kidding me? I have business to attend and probably they think they are making me a favor???…. I don’t think so, I don’t recommend this branch and you better move your business to another Bank.
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. The staff and relationship manager were rude and unprofessional, asking inappropriate and unrelated questions. Absolutely unacceptable.
