Soon as I walked in, I saw four women at the counter, but none of them bothered to say hi acknowledged me until about 15 seconds. They’re all standing at the counter talking about PTO. When I finally got somebody’s attention and asked for services, she pointed to a Lady tell her that was standing in the lobby as to indicate that she would help me, but then the lady speaking to me Quickly switched and said that there is no notary on site and that I will have to go to another branch. The Worst Wells Fargo Experience Ever. Had to wait more than 20 min just to get some change. Hire staff that can actually get stuff done.
I was very impressed with the terrible customer service. At this branch. They didn't have a notary they referred me to FedEx.
