Im a small business owner and a customer of Wells Fargo for almost 8 years and this branch is close to my business, so anytime I go to this branch to deposit change in to my account I would be frowned upon, so I had to go to a different branch and at some point I decided to switch to a different bank but I didn’t wanna do that because just because of bad customer service by two three people. So this thing needs an attention
Every time I visit this branch, they never have more than one teller. ANNOYING ON EVERY LEVEL. Never go on a Friday. As far as customer service, I give this branch an A+. Customers are greeted immediately as they walk in the front door.
From my first opening my account back in 2017 to current, I've experienced nothing short of excellent services!
This bank is not bad. Since they reopen they just been under staff. But the employees that work here are super wonderful and professional. From a few months that I post the reviews above I can truly say that this branch has improved, new management and way new staff that are professional. And the armed off duty police they have worked there has been much better than what they had in there 2 years back. They are very friendly and great vibes. Too bad they aren’t open on Saturday morning.
The online banking suck welfargo if you have the online account don't try to cash your check online you will never get the money. If you looking for a bank don't choose wellsfargo. They rob everyone and will mess you life up. And it goes on your credit if you close your account
