As a long standing WF customer, I spoke with the Notary Public, Chris, at this branch in the afternoon yesterday. He gave a variety of excuses about why he could only notarize my signature but not my daughter’s because she was not a WF customer( even though I have had a trust account for her in the bank for 19 years!). According to the WF website, there was no restriction for him to notarize our joint document. An unhelpful attitude for a bank employee.
