Very poor service. I do not recommend this branch and believe bank management should take corrective action. On several occasions, I was turned away and told that services were available by appointment only. Later, I learned from other branches that appointments can be scheduled online immediately, but this option was never mentioned to me. In this particular experience the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional.
This is the worst Wells Fargo location I’ve ever been to. Slow and lazy bankers
I waited for almost an hour and didn’t get any help. You guys are very slow. And you still didn’t solve my problem.
The customer service very disappointing. The bank representatives kept going back and forth to the back room for coffee breaks. I was waiting for about 1.5h before someone can talk to me. It was at the Alexandria Franconia branch on Saturday. The employees need to change the attitude and be more customer oriented rather than self oriented. Contact me if you have any questions.
