Unsatisfactory Wells Fargo Experience This review documents my frustrating experience with both a branch banker and online customer service. Banker at 6110 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, VA, failed to properly assist with account setup. Was not informed that my temporary card would not work for online transactions. Funds were unexpectedly restricted. Customer service agents were unhelpful and unprofessional. These issues led to unexpected financial costs and forced me to close my account.
Staff are always attentive and professional.
I wish there is a negative number to but in google map review , man those employees that work on this bank they make everything difficult, they make you feel that they don’t want to do anything to help or to work with any situation they are the worst employees, the are old and they have a lady that is pregnant, and man is very hard to deal with them, they need to hair or remove or change the team that they have on this bank or place, ever time I come her they always to make it hard for no damn reason, it mad me so mad for no... read more
Glad to call it my bank, joined in 2009. Staff are always attentive and professional. Shout out to everyone that I have in counted at the Fox Chase Alexandria branch.
