It's ashamed such a big name bank that doesn't have enough funds for a withdrawal, Never heard of before. Will be looking for another financial institute to do my business with. Very dissatisfied. Not truly handicap accessible have you using crutches to walk, the door doesn't open automatically.
Least friendly experience I've ever had at a bank.
No one answers phone, why? Drive Thru not open till 9am....what about working-class people enroute work, who need a quick transaction? Wake up and start taking care of your Customers before they start going somewhere else! There's plenty of other banks in the area. Try answering your phone also, it makes for better Customer Service.
