Stood in long teller line to ask if I can see a banker. They told me to sit on sofas and wait. I wait forty minutes, explain I’m an existing customer and want to open a new checking, they said I have to have an appointment. Why have me wait?!! Why not say that from the start? Pretentious branch. Don’t go here. Go to Chase bank across the street!
Don't ever go to the Elmwood park branch. The branch manager is very very nasty. I'm like can you help me with a question he like I can't help you we swamped with work. Nobody was in bank so how you was swamped with work😂😂😂 Plus they all Spanish.Speaking Spanish in front of me which is very UNPROFESSIONAL I go to the branch in Lodi and they're attitude was BETTER THAN ELMWOOD PARK. Lodi for the win for great customer service at Wellls Fargo bank 😂😂💯
