Very friendly staff that took the time to explain and help Mom navigate on line banking.
I reported this Branch last year for racially profiling. Instead of assisting me, they made me put 12,000 dollars in the ATM because the male manager didn’t want to service me. My account became suspicious to WF once I put the money in. I had to call my lawyer. Some of us black people have careers and make great money. Make sure you treat everyone equally .. you never know who someone is. I will be going to this branch again just to see what happens and then report it.

Today I went to this branch and I can only say it's the best service I've ever received. Ms. Dhariany A. Valerio's experience is evident; she's a true expert and offers friendly, respectful, and courteous service. This bank should only hire people like her. If I could give her more stars, I would, but I can only give her 5 of the many she deserves.
