Worked with a "roving banker" who is based out of this location. Ayana was extremely professional, and very helpful when I needed to open an account. I set up an appointment using the website. My experience with this was also good - I received SMS notifications about the appointment, and she was there at the right time to help me. Great experience overall. I will consider expanding my use of Wells Fargo as a direct result of my interaction with Ayana, and the staff at the Tarrytown branch.
