I've been banking with Wells Fargo for the past 10 years. My bank account was closed due to the fact I was in the negative. Went into the branch to reopen my account are open a new one. The staff where not willing to help me. First off the wanted two forms of ID I provided my driver's license and my bank card from their bank, she immediately refused to expect my bank card because the account was closed. i went to this bank twice and i didn't get anyone to assist me in the service dept. then i was inform to make an appt.to be a priority. Sorry, i am not going there anymore.
The worst place to checkout cash i have need my full $360 but the damn ATM doesn't take $3 for transfer fee it takes $6 i think this its fraud worst banking company and ATM I need my money back.... 2 to 3 years there 52 weeks in a year I need my $468 from the bank this useless bank
It takes 20 minutes to cash a small Wells Fargo check. The place was empty. They took $20 out of the amount for cashing fee. The slowest bank ever. If you're in a rush, go to another branch. Time and time again. They literally didn't have funds to cash $800+ check. I'm a member and this place is ridiculously slow. Go to farmington and your in and out, these ladies here look at your account and scroll..why? Just do the transaction, i shouldn't have to stand at the counter for a half hour.
Shiprock branch has awful customer service staff. They are a nightmare to deal with when non English speaking elders need to get there banking needs addressed. They keep stating "it's their policy" to justify their unwilling to help attitude. Where is their "policy" when it comes to customer service?
