I like Wells Fargo so far. I had to change banks because there wasn't a Chase bank close by where I live in New Mexico.
This bank is predatory. They over charge at the atm. The ATM charges an additional 3 dollars after the initial 4 dollar charge. DO NOT USE THE ATM it will charge you 7 dollars total to get access to your own money.
I've been banking with Wells Fargo for the past 10 years. My bank account was closed due to the fact I was in the negative. Went into the branch to reopen my account are open a new one. The staff where not willing to help me. First off the wanted two forms of ID I provided my driver's license and my bank card from their bank, she immediately refused to expect my bank card because the account was closed. i went to this bank twice and i didn't get anyone to assist me in the service dept. then i was inform to make an appt.to be a priority. Sorry, i am not going there anymore.
The worst place to checkout cash i have need my full $360 but the damn ATM doesn't take $3 for transfer fee it takes $6 i think this its fraud worst banking company and ATM I need my money back.... 2 to 3 years there 52 weeks in a year I need my $468 from the bank this useless bank
