We recently moved to Powhatan from Arizona. Noting but great experiences at this bank. Very friendly and helpful staff. A+ April 2026 - had another great experience at this branch. Ashley and the Brance Manager, Roselina, helped me update our account status for a Trust. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. LOVE this WF branch office.
Shitty bank they wasted my time
Unfortunately, this is why I will NEVER bank with Wells Fargo. My father just passed and they told me although I had to wait for court documents to access the account, that any bills will still be paid that had autopay. Mind you, this was told after they called MULTIPLE people and managers within Wells Fargo. Now I’m getting stuck with $25+ late fees on bills because they lied to my face and I can’t do anything about it. This is why I bank with Capital One because at least their employees are competent at their job.
