Went in to get help with a major fraud scam we are dealing with and they wouldn't help us because they had "training day" to deal with and told us to come back later. Terrible customer service and we're going to close our account when we go back and open at umpiqua.
Quality service and helpful.
They do the job but changes over the last few years has me looking for an alternative.
