I love Wells Fargo bank customer service. They are very nice and quick service. Any branch 😊
Incredibly disappointed with Wells Fargo. They have handled the conversion of cards on the BILT platform to Wells Fargo very poorly. I've spent more hours than necessary on the phone to simply get a banker on the line to reverse charges.
