Really bad service, Patricia De Luna is very rude and treats Hispanic people badly. She seems to be ashamed of her own race, I went there to make a money transfer and she didn’t want to help, she made me repeat myself many times and her translate skills are poor. She looks down on Hispanic people and I’m not the only one who gets bad treatment from her, my friends and some of my family members have also received the same kind treatment.
It would sure be nice if anyone in that branch would ever answer the phone!
Seriously, I'm standing in line while literally 1 person is working. Another person is on the phone talking to her boss while ignoring 6 people in line. Two additional customers have already walked out. There was another lady just walking around but then she disappeared. If I would treat my patients like they treat their customers, I would be fired!
