Patricia is very rude and refuses to do anything to help her co-workers even when there is a line out the door. How is someone this terrible able to keep their job? She needs to figure out that ratty haircut as well as her attitude. Please fire this woman!!! Everyone else is nice but Patricia ruins it for the whole place

Really bad service, Patricia De Luna is very rude and treats Hispanic people badly. She seems to be ashamed of her own race, I went there to make a money transfer and she didn’t want to help, she made me repeat myself many times and her translate skills are poor. She looks down on Hispanic people and I’m not the only one who gets bad treatment from her, my friends and some of my family members have also received the same kind treatment.
