Amazing location customer service number one
This is absolutely the worst branch I’ve ever been to. Would not accept me or my wife’s my drivers license without telling us why. Wanted our passports. I’ve never in my life have been asked for a passport for a bank. This is ridiculous. Terrible just terrible
I had an incredible experience with Dee and her team (Indi) at this Wells Fargo branch. After being turned away by two other branches (Mount Vernon and Cooper Road) when trying to cash a check, Dee and her team not only assisted me with kindness and professionalism but also advocated on my behalf. Stood in the bank lobby for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence by at least 4 bank employees. I have to say, this is the worst customer experience I have had in 2022.
This is my favorite WF branch. Everyone there is so friendly and provides great customer service every time. I often go to the drive thru and we always talk, he always remembers me. Love this branch
