I was thoroughly impressed and frankly shocked by the customer service here when I came in to get something notarized…I came in on a Friday afternoon and while waiting I watched so many people be so harsh on and impatient with the bank tellers, but they effectively communicated that I’d have to wait some and were efficient in helping customers.
