Terrible customer service. I had gone 1 day after my foreign currency arrived per Wells Fargo, and the banker said they did not know where it was and could not find it. The banker said they would call me if they found it but they did not. I found out it was ready by having to call the branch the day I was leaving the country for my trip. A customer should not have to go through all this hassle. I will be cancelling all my WF accounts due to the incompetence.
I ordered foriegn currency to this branch. I was called and told it arrived and that I can come get it. I arrived in less than an hour. Once there, i was told to take a seat and they’d come get me when they’re ready to give me the currency. They forgot about me and i waited 30 minutes before i went to them. Once reviewing them and letting them know this, i was told i should have made an appointment. Obviously that’s silly considering they called me and told me to come and i was there within the hour.
Waited an extra 30 minutes because they forgot they told me to wait and that they'd come get me.
Absolutely bank i wouldn’t recommend they closed my account for no reason and their atms are always out of service especially when i have a disability that makes it hard for me to walk far , TD bank is way better and recommend.
ATM IS ALWAYS NOT IN SERVICE.
