Ok, so let me just say I am not critical of the bank branch; it’s the after hours ATM area that I am concerned about. I jumped out of my car with my phone to get some money. This Wells Fargo ATM offered a door that opened only with my bank card and not my app. I tried and it didn’t work. I waited for 5 mins for a patron to exit so that I can enter and use the ATM. I’ve returned to this branch four separate times—each visit resulting in different answers, shifting requirements, and no resolution. Despite repeated requests, a manager has never been available, and not once has anyone followed up as promised.
