The I received today was very good. The teller and the other team members were very professional and knowledgeable.
Terrible service!!!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Bank teller was extremely rude and not willing to call my check issuer to simply verify that the check hadn’t been cashed, even though they said that it was an option. She even said “I already told you earlier”. So rude!! Terrible experience

Horrible service 3 drive thru lanes 1 teller working all 3. 1 customer in front of me 20+ minutes to do a cash deposit. More people walking around 1 teller working .with none assisting ,this has happened numerous times on the past several months .then I had to send the tube back in teller forgot to send out my bank card .not like it's labor day weekend. Need some better management..
Please pay attention to the amount of money the teller deposits into your account. This is the second time I went through the drivethrough to make a deposit and the teller verbally told me one amount bit put a different amount into my account. I do not have my receipt from the first encounter do I cannot provide a name. Yestetday I went through the drive through tody before closing, I counted my deposit of 730 in cash, sent it in the tube to a teller named Katherine who confirmed and said does 730 sound correct, I said yes. ... read more
