I had such a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo thanks to Laurel. She truly went above and beyond to help my disabled mother, treating her with so much patience, kindness, and respect. Laurel made the entire process simple and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure my mom felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely caring and dedicated to great service. We’re incredibly grateful for her help—Wells Fargo is lucky to have her!
This branch has been an absolute disappointment. We had a scheduled appointment, yet the staff completely ignored the time as if it meant nothing. I came here on my break, and I’m still sitting here over 20 minutes past our appointment with no communication, no urgency, and no respect for my time.
